Maths

September 23, 2009

Here’s some math – some Kristen Math – for you.

For 3 days prior to the fast I was pretty strict, I would say about 75% fasting on the water/syrup/cayenne concoction.  This equals 2.25 days of total fasting.

Last night, after an almost full 6 days of perfect (not one slip up) fasting, I had a thin soup and two cups of peaches late into the evening.  Let’s call yesterday a 75% day.  So, Yesterday equals .75 of a day.

This means I did, in fact, complete the bare minimum of days associated with the Master Cleanse (7 days).  2.25 (pre-perfect fasting) + 5 total days of perfect fasting + .75 of last day of fast almost perfection = 8!  I have a day in hand, even!

Yay me!

Pass the soy cheese, please.
